Established in 1884, S.C.E.C.G.S Redlands is a Preschool to Year 12 co-educational school situated in Cremorne on Sydney’s lower North Shore. Redlands aims to inspire individual achievement and confidence through their learning program supported by an extensive range of sport and extra-curricular opportunities.
Sandrick was engaged by Redlands to assist with the preparation of a composite Master Plan for their Senior Campus which provides-state-of-the-art facilities to support best practice in teaching and learning.
Sandrick managed the preparation and submission of a development application seeking concept approval for a staged senior campus Master Plan scheme and detailed approval for Stage 1 of the Master Plan. Stage 1 of the Master Plan comprises a multi-storey Learning Hub consisting of an underground car park, new TAS, Arts, English, Maths and Social Science Facilities.
The development application was submitted to the N.S.W Department of Planning and Environment in June, 2015 and consent was granted in May, 2016.
