Providing a contemporary retail environment for an iconic retail brand within a unique urban setting in the Blue Mountains.

Sandrick Pty. Ltd. was engaged by Woolworths Ltd. as Project Managers for the fit-out of a new supermarket located in Leura, two hours west of Sydney in the Blue Mountains.

Sandrick implemented a range of successful project management strategies to ensure the integration of the retail fit-out was delivered concurrently with the completion of the base building.

This project was delivered through the integration of the fit-out of the retail spaces concurrently with the base building works in order to successfully launch the facility by the target date despite a reduced timescale.

The project incorporated the fit-out of a new 3,200m2 supermarket and separate liquor store within a stand alone Woolworths development which includes underground and on grade parking with pedestrian links to Leura Mall.
