Project Details

Watson – ACT

Project delivered in extremely tight time frames with immovable budget to facilitate new enrolments in the faculty of Science and high demand Nursing.

The new Nursing Science facilities include three new nursing laboratories, nurse technicians office facilities, nursing and para medicine equipment stores, dirty and clean utility and scrub areas and a new Student Commons area providing contemporary break-out spaces adjacent to formal teaching and learning facilities. New accessible male and female toilets, showers and locker rooms complete the set of new faculty amenities to support the growing segment tertiary study.

In order to commence works an alternate location for the existing library was required. Sandrick in 12 weeks on behalf of ACU procured, designed, sort approvals and successfully decanted the existing library into the interim library to enable an early demolition package whilst design of the facility was being finalised.
