Sandrick Pty. Ltd. was engaged by Woolworths Ltd. as Project Managers for the design development and delivery of 60,000m2 of new commercial space and specialist facilities within their Norwest Support Office located in Bella Vista, Sydney, Australia.

The project incorporated an extensive range of new corporate facilities including:

  • Commercial office fit-out for 3000 staff
  • 500 seat auditorium
  • Restaurants and cafes
  • Learning academy and associated training facilities
  • Gymnasium and first aid medical ward
  • Data centre
  • Small format supermarket
  • Test kitchen and Q.A. testing laboratories
  • Video conference and meeting room facilities
  • National and international call centres
  • Three level underground car park

This project transformed the Woolworths Corporate Support services from ten individual sites into a single campus facility providing administrative and support services to all retail divisions across Australia including Woolworths, Big-W and other iconic retail brands controlled and operated by Woolworths Ltd.
