Project Details

Continuing the development and evolution of contemporary retail environments which continue to support customer convenience.

Sandrick Pty. Ltd. was engaged by Woolworths Ltd. as Project Managers for the fit-out of an existing supermarket located within the Centro Bankstown Shopping Centre, Sydney, Australia.

This fit-out project is just one of over thirty retail projects successfully delivered for Woolworths by Sandrick Pty. Ltd.

The project incorporated the refurbishment of the existing 3,800m2 supermarket and associated liquor store. This refurbishment was completed over an eight week period whilst maintaining full trading operations throughout.

Fit-out works were also managed and coordinated with existing centre management operations including the integration of essential services throughout the supermarket with the centre’s fire engineered solution.

Refurbishment works included relocation and installation of new refrigeration cases, modifications to Deli and Bakery areas, new checkout installations, upgraded Fresh Produce sales areas, new finishes and graphics installations and upgraded external signage.

This project was delivered whilst maintaining a fully trading supermarket and incorporated design change requests made during the program whilst maintaining original completion dates.
