Sandrick were engaged mid October 2016 to design and deliver refurbished labs for Day 1, Semester 1, 2017. Due to the high demand of the labs, it was a requirement that the works were delivered over the summer vacation. Sandrick established an innovative programme and were able to lead the consultant team into meeting deadlines whilst meeting client expectations resulting to the successful delivery of the project within ACU’s budget and programme.

Due to the extensive lead time of specialised equipment such as fume hoods, medical suction units and Trespa finishes, Sandrick were able to negotiate arrangements with suppliers enabling the procurement of long lead time items to seamlessly tie in with the contractor’s programme.
