A New Indoor Aquatic Centre and Performing Arts Auditorium successfully delivered for St Catherine’s School, Sydney

Project Details

Sandrick were engaged to provide a full suite of Project Management services for the detailed design, procurement, delivery and post-delivery of Stage 1 of the Campus Master Plan.

Stage 1 of the Master Plan delivered a 500 seat Auditorium, Multi-function Hall, 25 x 30 metre dual purpose water polo and training pool and separate learn-to-swim pool, including associated changerooms and amenities and an extension to the existing basement carpark providing further off-street carparking.

Sandrick provided a comprehensive range of project management services spanning concept design through to completion and commissioning of all facilities.

The delivery stage was successfully managed through a challenging Covid-19 period with completion in March 2022.

The Performing Arts and Aquatic Centre represents two technically specialised facilities which were successfully delivered to a very high standard having been a finalist in the 2022 NSW Australian Institute of Project Management Achievement Awards and the winner of two categories in the 2022 Master Builders Association of NSW “Excellence in Construction” Awards.
